There is a volunteer opportunity waiting for you!

We do not generally have volunteer opportunities working directly with our clients, although depending upon skills we may have opportunities that place volunteers with staff. Other opportunities may include:

  • Help with reception and clerical work.
  • Assist with donations.
  • Help with yard work, planting flowers, decorating and baking for special holidays.
  • Organize collections for food, personal items, cleaning supplies, paper products, household items, clothes, etc.
  • Assist with special events.

CURRENT JOB POSITIONS:

Maintenance Staff

This is a part-time (20 hours weekly) position. Work at two facilities performing maintenance and light repair. Requires clean driving record, valid license. A background check will be conducted. Complete application and mail to PO Box 393, Endicott, NY 13761.

What is domestic violence?

Domestic Violence is a pattern of coercive behavior. This pattern can include abuse of various sorts of one family member by another including:

Perpetrators of domestic violence have a goal to establish and maintain power and control over their partners and/or other family members.

This violence affects people in every racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic group and includes people of all ages who have lived together or who have had an intimate relationship.

Domestic violence often escalates in severity and frequency over time and can have serious health and psychological ramifications.
